Hello, I’m Emma, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Washington State’s beautiful Eastside, just outside of Seattle. With a specialization in Perinatal Mental Health, I bring a wealth of experience, compassion and playfulness to my practice.

Originally from New York, I’ve come to cherish the diverse landscape and occasionally unpredictable weather of Washington. Outside of my work, you’ll often find me in my flower garden (if I haven’t killed it), driving my children to their various sports, and working on house and property projects with my husband. We love that we love our home and property and certainly see it as our happy place. As a firm believer in lifelong learning and romantic beach reads, you can often find an ear bud in my ear listening to my latest professional or personal book on Audible!

Above all, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my children and watching them live their lives, find things they love, be challenged and learn to perserve. We love welcoming our Eastcoast family into our home.

As a mom of three, I understand the unique challenges and rewards that come with raising a young family. After taking a break from my practice in 2017 to welcome our third child, I’ve returned in 2020 to practice in Issaquah, WA. I am excited to be offering both in-person sessions and convenient tele-counseling options. For families with little ones, tele-health can be a game-changer, offering flexibility around nap times and eliminating the need for lengthy car rides.

I’m dedicated to helping you prioritize your well-being and that of your family. I’m excited to connect with you and support you on your journey towards greater mental health and fulfillment. Please don’t hesitate to reach out

—I look forward to hearing from you!
